Register your antenna support structure (ASR).
Simply complete the form below and send it to us. If
you are unsure if your antenna or tower require
registration, fill in the form anyway and send it to us, and
we will let you know. If all you have is an old FAA
study number, you still will need to register the tower.
Possible structures that may require registration are any
that support an antenna. These include oil rigs,
buildings, radio towers, nuclear power plant cooling towers,
smokestacks, power plants, power transmission towers, light
poles, telephone poles, houses, sheds, or even just a simple
lone antenna.
All registered towers incur a requirement for one or more
ASR signs. Safety signage also becomes a requirement.
