Radio Licensing Services never shares
information with any other company, nor do we sell any
information to marketing companies. All information
that we have to work with comes either from the FCC
database, online resources, GIS services, or directly from
the customer. We do not share your tax ID, CoReS
password, or social security number with anyone.
For those customers that required it, we have entered
into Non-Disclosure Agreements. If you would like this
added measure of protection, we are willing to do this.
This may be required by a customer if we are providing
long-term license management services, if a corporate
customer has privacy concerns, or if a governmental customer
wishes to keep project implementation a secret.
We do not contact our customers or licensees unless they
contact us first, or unless we are given a referral.
There are a few exceptions to this rule, and usually it is
for one of three reasons. Either we have done work for
you in the past and need to discuss some issue concerning
your license, or the FCC has contacted us and said they
cannot get in touch with you, or we have mailed you a letter
regarding your license because we have found something wrong
with it. We do not have a 'list' of customers that we
purchased, and are not trying to sell you something you
don't need.
