The following service are available for all licensees on
a subscription basis. These are very powerful tools
that allow radio service providers such as rental and
subscription companies to increase their revenue, and they
are also great ways for local governmental users to reduce
their overhead!
Consolidated License Management
Your FCC radio license is THE legal document authorizing
the operation of your radio systems. Every licensee is
required to obtain and maintain their proper licensure.
Some companies and governmental groups have tens or even
hundreds of radio licenses. Yet most business
and public safety agencies do not have full-time experienced
personnel that are required to maintain their systems or
their authorizations. The FCC routinely sends out
regular notifications that require timely response.
The FCC will not wait forever, and they will not babysit
licensees. Without proper supervision and quick
response, it is a certainty that a licensee will miss
filings and fee payments, which can result in accidentally
expired licenses, some of which may not be replaceable.
(Believe us, we have seen this happen more than we would
care to admit.) It can also leave you liable to some
very hefty FCC fees. Figure in the cost of having to
reprogram hundreds of radios to new frequencies, and
suddenly you are out tens of thousands of dollars, all
because someone didn't answer their mail.

Spectrum Protection
We will send you a weekly notification of licensing
activity in your area that may impact your radio systems.
If any frequency coordination is being conducted that may
cause an interference problem for your radios, we will let
you know. Knowledge will give you the opportunity to
respond before another system begins potentially interfering
operation. This service is available for
$500 per call sign per year.
Spectrum Analysis
Are you in need of a clean radio channel for a future
project? We can give you immediate e-mail notification
when any exclusive frequencies become available in your
area, and automatically file for a license for that channel
on your behalf. This service costs $2000 per year.
Market Reports
This is a weekly report of all licensing activity in your
area. This allows you to monitor your competitors'
radio licensing activity, and also gives you a list of sales
leads that you can call on to increase your radio system
sales. This costs $500 per site per year.
License Activity Logs
Perhaps you have a large system going in, and will be
upgrading it in stages. This will require multiple
radio license modifications, perhaps hundreds. You
don't have time to keep track of this stuff. For $200
per quarter, we can send you an activity log so you can see
where you are at in your project timeline.
